Charles is the CEO and Co-Founder of IC Summits, the parent company of Retail Summits. A graduate of Syracuse University’s Maxwell School, Charles has more than a decade of experience in investment management, banking, international relations, and event management. He is passionate about providing industry leading educational, networking and business development solutions to the eCommerce and Financial Services industries.
Paulina leads IC Summits as COO, supporting both Portfolio and Retail Summits, where she translates high-level strategies into operational plans. She oversees functions across production, sales, operations, technology, and marketing to ensure efficiency and drive business growth.
Prior to joining Portfolio Summits in 2018, Paulina spent a year honing her conference expertise as a producer at a large conference company. Before transitioning into the events industry, she spent five years in finance at TD Bank and Verisk Analytics, working in corporate banking and M&A, respectively.
Paulina holds an accelerated BA/MA in Financial Economics from Fordham University. Outside of work, she is a passionate dog advocate, an avid CrossFitter, and is always looking for new restaurants to try.
Logan Pastor shows unwavering dedication to connecting retailers, brands, and decision-makers to collaborate and learn at our events. A proud graduate of the University of South Carolina, Logan is experienced in management, event planning, marketing, sales, and business development.
Sandrina is our Client Success Manager for Retail Summits! She obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Communication studies from Pace University and has previously worked as an entrepreneur as well as for OSI and her university. Sandrina enjoys traveling, reading, scuba diving, skiing, going to concerts, and hanging out with friends & family in her spare time.
Mallory Fraser is the Operations Director at IC Summits across Portfolio and Retail Summits. She is a graduate of Towson University with experience in all aspects of event planning and coordination. Originally from New Hampshire, she has 3+ years of experience in event planning in weddings, experiential, fundraising, and conferences. Outside of work Mallory is a DJ and enjoys discovering new music and films.
