Charles is the CEO and Co-Founder of IC Summits, the parent company of Retail Summits. A graduate of Syracuse University’s Maxwell School, Charles has more than a decade of experience in investment management, banking, international relations, and event management. He is passionate about providing industry leading educational, networking and business development solutions to the eCommerce and Financial Services industries.

Logan Pastor shows unwavering dedication to connecting retailers, brands, and decision-makers to collaborate and learn at our events. A proud graduate of the University of South Carolina, Logan is experienced in management, event planning, marketing, sales, and business development.

Miranda Bowden is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in fashion, technology, and e-commerce. As the SVP, Head of Audience & Content, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a track record of success to her role.

With a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Fashion Merchandising from Morgan State University, Miranda has a solid foundation in the industry. Her expertise and understanding of retail has allowed her to excel in various positions throughout her career.

Saffron is our Business Development Manager for Retail Summits UK and Ireland-based events! She attended the University of the West of England, majoring in English literature, and has experience as an ESL teacher for Korean students, Regional Manager in a technology company, as a documentary filmmaker and researcher for UK Parliament. Outside of work, Saffron enjoys cooking Korean or Persian food (or anything delicious) and loves listening to music.

Sandrina is our Client Success Manager for Retail Summits! She obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Communication studies from Pace University and has previously worked as an entrepreneur as well as for OSI and her university. Sandrina enjoys traveling, reading, scuba diving, skiing, going to concerts, and hanging out with friends & family in her spare time.
